30-day returns
If you're not 100% happy, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How to return
- Email 10kmartglobal@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back using the provided label.
- Refund processed within 5–10 business days of receipt.
Non-returnable items
- Beauty products that have been opened
- Final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Custom or personalized goods
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
