Where we ship

10kmart Global ships to over 190 countries worldwide. We dispatch from Nairobi, Kenya and select international warehouses.

Delivery times

• Kenya: 1–3 business days
• East Africa: 3–7 business days
• Africa & Middle East: 5–10 business days
• Europe & Americas: 7–14 business days
• Asia & Oceania: 7–14 business days

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over KSh 10,000 (≈ $80 USD).

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number sent via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your country. The buyer is responsible for any such fees.
